Digitalmania – Asus secara resmi memperkenalkan komputer game yang merupakan generasi GR8 yang diberi nama Asus ROG GR8 II, komputer gahar bin kencang yang mampu berjalan mulus karena dibekali kartu grafis GeForce GTX1060 GDDR5 3GB dan pilihan prosesor Intel Core i5 atau i7 baik itu skylake ataupun Kaby Lake.
GR8 II punya ukuran lebih besar yaitu dengan bobot 4 kg dan volume 4 liter apabila dibandingkan pendahulunya ROG GR8 II yang hanya memiliki volume 2,5 liter. Namun, dimensi dan bobot yang besar sebanding dengan kemampuannya yang mumpuni, selain mampu memainkan game berat, ROG GR8 II juga dilengkapi dengan kemampuan untuk bermain Virtual Reality, keren kan.
Asus ROG GR8 II pun telah melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan headset Oculus Rift. Sehingga komputer game ini sangat cocok untuk dipakai menyelami dunia virtual pada saat ditempatkan pada ruangan yang terbatas.
Tidak cukup sampai di situ, Asus ikut menyertakan teknologi Sonic Studio III, Sonic Radar III serta GameFirst IV. Semua dibungkus dengan casing yang khusus didesain dengan fasilitas pendingin untuk meredam panas berlebih saat digunakan. Rencananya Asus ROG GR8 II akan dijual pada bulan Februari dengan harga 15 juta rupiah.
